Pasture-Raised Lamb
We offer full and half-lamb shares of delicious pasture-raised lamb in late fall/early winter. Full shares range between 40 and 50 lbs hanging weight and may include cuts such as ground lamb, shoulder roast, leg of lamb, and lamb chops. Shares include a reusable shopping bag from the American Lamb Association and a tin of lamb spices.
Full shares are $9 per pound hanging weight.
Half shares are $10 per pound hanging weight.

Farm-Fresh Pork
Pork shares are available in the spring. We offer full or half shares.
Full shares are $4.50 per pound hanging weight.
Half shares are $4.75 per pound hanging weight.
Prices include ALL processing and smoking fees.
Full-shares average between 180 and 200 lbs hanging weight. Reserving a full share in advance enables you to choose your own cuts.
Standard half shares include ham, loin chops, sausage, ground pork, shoulder roast, bacon, and country-style ribs.
Eggs
We offer fresh eggs daily at our farm. Stop by and try some--they are delicious!
